Thrive Wellness + Aesthetics was founded by Dr. Krystle Miles, MD, MPH, a triple board-certified family medicine physician born and raised in Louisiana. Rooted in true Southern hospitality—and shaped by her early years in her mother’s beauty salon—she learned that self-care is not just aesthetic; it’s transformative, therapeutic, and deeply human. Salons and barbershops aren’t simply places where people “get things done.” They’re familiar, trusted spaces where clients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. Dr. Miles’ education at LSU Health Sciences Center equipped her with an MD and a Master of Public Health, fortifying her passion for an integrative approach to health that marries traditional medical practices with cutting-edge aesthetic solutions.
With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Miles has honed her skills in functional wellness and advanced aesthetic medicine. Her practice emphasizes inclusivity across all skin types and tones, offering personalized, evidence-based treatments such as hormone therapy, injectables, dermal fillers, PRP/PRFM, microneedling, and regenerative wellness.
Dr. Miles’ expertise ensures that each client receives a treatment plan rooted in precision, safety, and tangible results.
