About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, delivering professional skincare treatments, and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. This role involves performing facial treatments, educating patients on skincare, recommending products and services, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and patient satisfaction.
Perform customized facials and skincare treatments
Conduct skin assessments and consultations
Educate patients on treatment plans and skincare regimens
Recommend skincare products and aesthetic services
Maintain accurate patient treatment records
Ensure treatment rooms meet cleanliness and safety standards
Build strong relationships with patients through exceptional service
Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver comprehensive patient care
Stay current with industry trends, products, and treatment techniques
Assist with clinic events, promotions, and patient engagement initiatives
Requirements
Active Illinois Esthetician License
Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical spa, or aesthetic setting preferred
Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Ability to educate patients on treatment options and skincare recommendations
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Sales and retail experience is a plus
